All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Refunds or credits are issued at the discretion of re.think Wellness and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Services, Workshops, and Educational Programs

a. Cancellations by the Client

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service, workshop, or program may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a credit toward a future service at our discretion.
• Failure to attend a scheduled service or event without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

b. Cancellations by re.think Wellness

If we must cancel or reschedule a service, workshop, or program, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule or receive a credit for future use.

3. Digital Products and Online Content

• All sales of digital products, including online courses, downloadable materials, and virtual resources, are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital access.
• If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

• Physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our services and products are intended for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Refunds will not be issued based on individual results or outcomes.

6. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
